A Day of Ideas, Real-Time Content, and Community

When TEDxUNI returned this fall, it wasn’t just about inspiring talks and standing ovations, it was also about telling those stories in real time to a digital audience far beyond the walls of the Gallagher Bluedorn. That’s where we came in.
At Kruger Co. Productions, we were honored to be the official media team powering the TEDxUNI event's social media storytelling and on-the-ground content production—turning moments into momentum.
Real-Time Content Production & Delivery
From the very first speaker to the final standing ovation, we delivered a full-day content sprint:
16 Instagram Reels captured on-site and edited instantly
40+ Instagram Stories uploaded live to give followers behind-the-scenes access
2 polished LinkedIn highlight videos crafted during the event to connect with a professional audience
Photo + video documentation of each speaker on stage, crowd reactions, branding visuals, and venue dynamics
Interview-style post-talk reels, filmed within minutes of speakers exiting the red dot
Cross-platform distribution strategy implemented in real time, tailoring content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn audiences
This wasn’t just reactive coverage — it was a planned execution of content operations for maximum digital reach.
The Results: Reach, Impact, and New Audiences
The outcome speaks for itself:
45,930 views in the first 7 days
65% of viewers were non-followers, meaning we helped the TEDxUNI brand reach new eyes
One top-performing post alone hit 17,582 views, driving 16 new followers in just hours
LinkedIn reach grew from just 240 impressions at posting to 1,055+ impressions in under a week
Direct engagement from alumni, community members, and students — all drawn in by quality storytelling
This was more than just social media. This was real-time community engagement.
Our Process & Equipment
We came ready with a lean and mobile setup tailored for high-output, fast-turnaround delivery:
Mirrorless cameras, and phone rigs for quick capture with cinematic quality
handheld setups for dynamic shots and interviews
On-site editing stations for immediate turnaround
Mobile transfer workflows to edit, subtitle, and post on the fly
Social-first format optimization, from vertical reels to thumbnail-ready images
This allowed us to film, edit, caption, and upload content — sometimes within 10 minutes of the moment happening. Our approach was agile and impactful.
Collaboration & Shoutouts
Huge thanks go out to event organizer Jesse Heath, marketing director Katie Kreis-Boigt, and curator Nikki Harken. They helped us coordinate with the speaker lineup, get access to staging areas, and ensure a seamless workflow throughout the day.
Each member of the TEDxUNI team was essential in helping us deliver the high-volume, high-quality content that this type of event deserves.
We also want to thank every speaker who gave us a few moments after stepping off stage — your energy and reflections made the post-talk interviews truly special.
Why This Matters
In today’s fast-paced content environment, your audience doesn’t wait. They want to experience events as they happen. That’s why we built a real-time content engine specifically for TEDxUNI — so the message wouldn’t just echo within the room, but ripple far outside it.
TEDx events are built on ideas worth spreading — and we made sure they spread.
